Process know-how that transfers across industries.

A press-fit, a weld, a leak test or a palletizing cell follows the same engineering logic whatever the end market. We start from the part and its process requirement, then combine the process families it needs into one machine. The same know-how applies in four environments.

Process first. Market second.

Automotive components

Metal and mixed-material parts and sub-assemblies, where fixturing, joining sequence and in-line checks decide part quality. We engineer welding fixtures, joining cells and assembly stations around the part geometry, the joining method and the target volume.

Typical parts

  • Brackets and structural reinforcements
  • Stamped and welded metal sub-assemblies
  • Body-in-white sub-assemblies
  • Mixed-material assemblies of lightweight and dissimilar metals

Blow-moulded plastic reservoirs on a conveyor after the moulding machine

Technical & blow-moulded plastics

Blow-moulded and injection-moulded parts that are finished, joined and checked after the mould. We combine post-mould operations such as degating, trimming, ultrasonic welding, leak testing and marking in one machine, built around the part and its moulding process.

Typical parts

  • Blow-moulded containers, bottles and reservoirs
  • Blow-moulded tanks and ducts
  • Injection-moulded housings and covers
  • Plastic assemblies with welded or bonded sub-parts

Electrical equipment

Electrical components and assemblies where each unit must be assembled correctly, tested and traced. We build stations that combine assembly, inspection, functional testing and marking around the component and its test requirement.

Typical parts

  • Insulators and insulating components
  • Electrical housings and enclosures
  • Switchgear and control-gear sub-assemblies
  • Connectors, terminals and contact parts
  • Appliance and electronic sub-assemblies

Industrial products

Industrial goods and packed products, where manual handling between machines and at the end of the line is often the bottleneck. We engineer conveying, palletizing and machine-tending cells around the product and the existing layout, and retrofit lines already in service.

Typical parts

  • Cartons, cases and bagged goods for palletizing
  • Machined and cast parts for machine tending
  • Loose components delivered in bins
  • Crates, trays and returnable containers

Your product. Your project. Our machine.

Let’s industrialize your next project.

Tell us about your project: the part, what the machine has to do and the volumes you plan. A drawing, a sample or a short description is enough to start the discussion.
