Scope
This policy covers business enquiries, 3D printing enquiries, employee applications and freelance proposals sent through www.cbwee.eu or by email. Forms send your enquiry and files directly through Formspree; no second email is required. The site offers no user account or newsletter.
Data we process
We process the contact details supplied, your enquiry and the documents you choose to attach: drawings, photos, 3D models, CVs and professional documents. Applications and freelance proposals may include experience, skills, languages, availability and mobility. Formspree also processes technical delivery and security data, including IP address and submission time.
Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to process the form; missing information may prevent submission. A CV is required for employee and freelance applications. Send only relevant information and files; avoid identity documents and unrelated sensitive data. The website makes no automated recruitment decisions.
Purpose and legal basis
We use these data to answer enquiries, prepare quotations or projects, review applications and assess freelance collaborations. Steps requested before entering a contract fall under GDPR Article 6(1)(b); professional correspondence and security rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Where processing relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a), you may withdraw it at slovakia@cbwee.com at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Recipients
Formspree, Inc. receives and stores forms and attachments for delivery and access by CBWEE Europe, and may send an email notification. Its infrastructure is in the United States; Formspree states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers. Information: https://formspree.io/security/ and https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy/. Access is limited to staff handling your request and necessary technical providers, including Websupport for hosting and our email provider for email exchanges. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Retention depends on purpose: enquiries during handling and useful follow-up; applications during recruitment; freelance proposals during assessment and related discussions. Closed files are not intended to be kept for future opportunities without appropriate information and a legal basis. Additional retention may be necessary for legal duties or legal claims, within applicable time limits. You may request deletion at slovakia@cbwee.com, including copies stored in Formspree.
If a contract follows, related documents are kept for the periods required by Slovak commercial and tax law.
Technical access data
To deliver the pages and keep the service secure, the hosting provider Websupport s. r. o. processes technical data such as IP address, time of access and requested page in its server logs, for the period set by the provider.
Analytics, fonts and cookies
This website uses no analytics or tracking tools.
Fonts are served from this website’s own server, so your browser makes no requests to third-party font services.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent.
