From product to production. One partner. One responsibility.
You bring the product and the process requirement. CBWEE Europe takes it through eight steps, from feasibility to ramp-up in your plant, and one team stays accountable for the result at every step.

01
Product & process requirement
We start from your part and your process requirement: drawings or samples, the operations the part must go through, target volumes and quality criteria. Plant constraints such as floor space, interfaces with existing equipment and your plant standards are recorded at the same time.
You receive
- Written requirement summary
- List of open points
-
02
Concept & feasibility
We work out the process sequence and the machine concept that carries it: which operations are combined, in which order, and how parts are loaded and unloaded. Critical operations are identified and assessed before detailed design starts.
You receive
- Process concept
- Machine layout
- Technical and commercial offer

-
03
Mechanical & electrical engineering
The machine is designed in 3D, station by station: frame, fixtures, tooling, guarding and part transfer. Electrical design and control cabinets are developed in parallel, so mechanics and electrics are released together.
You receive
- 3D design review
- Electrical schematics
- Final layout for approval
-
04
Automation & robotics
PLC programs, robot and cobot paths, operator screens and vision settings are written for your process sequence. Robots, vision and controls are selected for the task, and to your plant standards where you specify them.
You receive
- PLC and robot programs
- Operator HMI

-
05
Build & integration
Frames, fixtures, tooling and bought-in components are assembled, piped and wired into one machine. Mechanics, electrics and software are then run together, station by station.
You receive
- Assembled and wired machine
- Build progress updates
-
06
FAT
The machine runs your parts against the acceptance criteria agreed at the start of the project. You witness the test, and open points are closed before the machine ships.
You receive
- FAT report
- Release for shipment
- CE marking and EU declaration of conformity

-
07
Installation
Our team installs and connects the machine at your plant, including utilities and interfaces with upstream and downstream equipment. Installation is planned around your production to keep disruption short.
You receive
- Installed and connected machine
- Installation schedule
-
08
SAT & ramp-up
The site acceptance test runs on your production floor, with your parts and your operators. We support ramp-up, train operators and maintenance staff, and hand over the machine documentation.
You receive
- SAT report
- Operator and maintenance training
- Machine documentation
In-house disciplines
- Mechanical design
- Electrical design & cabinets
- PLC programming
- Robot & cobot programming
- Electrical installation
- Mechanical assembly
- Project management & commissioning
Service after SAT
- Maintenance
- Technical support
- Spare parts
- Operator training
After handover, CBWEE Europe keeps supporting the machine and the people who run it.
Modernize, don’t replace.
Many lines still make good parts but run on obsolete controls, lack spare parts or hold back output at one station. CBWEE Europe modernizes existing machines and robotic assembly lines, from control system replacement to complete robotic upgrades.
A retrofit extends the service life of equipment already in place and is planned around your production to keep downtime short. Like a new machine, it starts from your part and your process, and ends with recommissioning and handover.

Let’s industrialize your next project.
Tell us about your project: the part, what the machine has to do and your target volumes. A drawing or a photo of a sample is enough to start.
